Cara call ke luar negara (self note)

Panggilan ke luar negara memerlukan exit code. Contohnya country code ke Indoensia ialah +62 .. Tanda tambah "+" bermaksud ada nombor sebagai prefix. 

Untuk panggilan menggunakan kad iTalk, saya perlu taip 00 62
