KWSP dan PTPTN

called KWSP, ingat nak tanya mcm mana nak withdraw utk settlekan PTPTN, turns out yg boleh guna KWSP utk settle PTPTN ialah utk yg sign agreement dari 1 Jan 2001 .. gr.. tinggal sikit je lagi ni, few mths punye KWSP boleh settle once and for all utang PTPTN neh.. at 4%
